Responsibilities

  • Prepare and achieve annual sales budgets and forecasting agreed upon by the senior executive team.
  • Lead customer supply chain efforts to actualize customer and internal sales budget and triage potential shortcomings.
  • Produce weekly & quarterly reporting for both customer and internal teams to manage business, expose opportunities for improvement, and improve dialog with all stakeholders.
  • Manage merchandising projects related products resets, new product releases, and strategic efforts to drive a more productive business.
  • Facilitate develop and execute the retail Account’s strategic plan throughout the sales and cross-functional teams that support the Account’s retail channel.
  • Provide external intelligence and compile competitive analysis (new product introductions, benchmarking, market share, SWOT analysis, pricing, etc).
  • Assist in the development of new product roadmaps (MGPP), pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations team to align sales/event forecast with production planning.
  • Review key customer scorecards / metrics and facilitate improvement plans when needed.
  • Leverage the Product Management and Marketing teams to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively prepare strategic development and participation of key customer line reviews.
  • Foster relationships with the Merchants and their teams to respond to their needs, identify new opportunities, resolve current issues and participate in Product Line Reviews, Promotions, Training, and other customer driven initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising roles working with consumer products.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
  • Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.

Preferred

  • 2+ years of Retail Account Management Experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising roles working with consumer products, preferably in electrical products.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical skills and high learning agility.
  • 2+ years of Retail Marketing Experience
  • 2+ years of Supply Chain or Logistics Experience
