  • Ensure messages are communicated effectively to the right audience at the right time through suitable channels.
  • Advocate for the reasons behind changes and the benefits they bring, ensuring stakeholder engagement and support.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Learning and Development, to implement interventions that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in leading change management efforts and adoption strategies for business processes and system implementations
  • Strong ability to write, manage, and support communication efforts for diverse change initiatives
  • Experience working closely with project managers and deployment leads to align change activities with organizational strategies
  • Proficient in identifying risks and developing effective corrective action plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment
