Responsibilities

- Create strategic plans to improve the client's eCommerce capabilities and drive account growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage the development and integration of enterprise eCommerce applications, especially with commerce tools.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple vendors to ensure smooth project execution and integration.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, improve team collaboration, and maintain iterative progress.
- Identify potential risks, address issues, and provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Conduct post-project reviews to highlight successes and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively manage client relationships, anticipating needs and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience managing similar projects.
- Proficiency in Project Lifecycle Management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA and others.
- Rally is essential.
- Expertise in either Magento, Shopify or SalesForce Commerce Cloud.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate clear interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
