Zillow’s Connections Platform team builds products and solutions that dependably enable meaningful connections between customers and their move team no matter where they are in their journey. Specifically, we specialize in the technology that drives seamless connections between all Zillow lines of business and our valued customers. This team is critical in making the integrated real estate experience a reality!

About the role

As a Platform Product manager, you will define the roadmap for a platform that serves as a foundation for multiple products. Your work will directly impact two of our main platforms: Lead Platforms, which records all customer hand-raises and Switchboard, which provides automated connection and conversation capabilities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enable seamless customer experiences, remove our team as a blocking dependency for the creation of new experiences, and address tech debt. Additionally, because the Connections platform is at the center of Zillow, with multiple clients, you will regularly be exploring the need for building new platforms that unlock new opportunities.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $143,200.00 - $228,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are
