Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Ability to persuasively pitch our service and adapt the pitch to customer needs
  • Prior route sales and/or food/grocery sales experience
  • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance coverage per the Company’s specified requirements
  • Must be punctual and have reliable automobile transportation
  • Must be able to lift products from 20lb to 35lb on a regular basis

The Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in growing our territory of customers throughout Southern California. You will prospect and establish relationships with convenience and small grocery store owners with the ultimate goal of converting them to customers. We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, have a “no fear” attitude, and share our hunger to serve customers. If you feel at ease with new people and right at home getting customers from “What is that?” to “How do I sign up?” this is the job for you
