AP/AR Clerk

Description We are seeking an AP/AR Clerk in Santa Ana, California. This role involves working in the financial services industry, specifically handling account coding, and utilizing various accounting software systems. The AP/AR Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

- Utilizing Accounting Software Systems for various financial transactions

- Performing account coding for accurate record keeping

- Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for payroll and employee benefit solutions

- Working with Concur for travel and expense management

- Implementing ERP Solutions for business process management

- Conducting regular auditing of financial transactions and records

- Managing billing functions and ensuring accuracy

- Handling accounting functions as per industry standards and regulations

- Resolving customer inquiries related to AP/AR Requirements - Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

- Familiarity with Account Coding procedures

- Experience with ADP - Financial Services

- Proficient in the use of Concur software

- Knowledge of ERP Solutions is required

- Ability to handle various Accounting Functions

- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Capable of conducting Auditing tasks

- Experience in managing Billing Functions.
