  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

  • Previous relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Travel Express, BruinBuy, and general UC accounting procedures.

As the Assistant to the Chair, you will provide high-level

administrative support to the Chair of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Your

role will encompass a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring smooth and

efficient operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

+ Schedule meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and maintain calendars (high-volume).

+ Prepare executive correspondences and assist with recording data and creating reports.

+ Logistic support and large event planning, both virtual and in-person.

+ Process travel and expense reimbursements.

The full annual salary range for this position is $63,800.00 - $127,000.00/year.

Please note - the

department's target pay range is $63,800.00 - $95,000.00.

Qualifications
