  • Creates value and differentiates our services/products from competitors
  • Drives contract negotiations for business in support of new sales, account growth and contract renewals
  • Owns revenue forecasting (via Salesforce.com) and ensures accuracy of sales entries
  • Lead and organize client team-building activities

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited 4-year institution
  • 5+ years of digital media experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling to West Coast brand direct and agency clients (tier 2, tier 3, boutique, mid-size + independent agencies)
  • Proven performance selling programmatic - both Managed and Self-Service
  • Strong relationships with West Coast agencies
  • A proven performer that can hit the ground running and make an impact quickly
  • Important to have a strong rolodex
  • Polished sales, presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional team player, interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization
  • Attention to delivering the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and results driven personality

Full Job Description

AdTheorent is recruiting an individual contributor sales executive, who will be responsible for continuing and creating new sales momentum across the West Coast among Tier II - III agencies (as a focus) and/or client direct. Candidate should have experience in the digital media space either working for an agency or selling digital media solutions as a managed and self-service offering. The ideal person should be driven, focused on relationship building, consultative selling and closing deals.

Benefits

Compensation range: $100-150K base BOE + commission. We offer full health coverage, generous PTO, an award-winning office culture!

The base range provided is AdTheorent's current assessment for this role. The confirmed salary will be commensurate with experience, education, skills, and other factors. This is subject to change, but will be no less than the minimum stated. We encourage all to apply, as applicants will be assessed on an individual basis. Job title and base salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
