**Job Description:** As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Running and inspecting production tasks of simple to medium complexity according to setup sheets and work instructions.

+ Ensuring products meet quality specifications and completing paperwork using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

+ Starting machines to produce sample products and measuring them for conformance with specifications.

+ Inspecting wire or tube samples using a microscope with 20x magnification.

+ Adjusting settings of dies on controls to meet product specifications and quality standards.

+ Observing machine operations for malfunctions and inspecting products for defects.

+ Completing applicable job paperwork and daily production reports.

+ Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and working safely.

+ Focusing on quality and minimizing scrap, Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs), and paperwork errors.

+ Maintaining a clean and safe work area.

+ Following instructions from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and adhering to company policies and safe labor practices.

**Work Environment:** You will be working in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with various machines for stretching wires and metal tubes. ty.
