  • MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING
  • Proven experience in medical office settings or similar roles
  • Proficient in handling inbound calls and managing multiple lines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry practices
  • Demonstrated ability to handle receptionist duties including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient communication and team collaboration
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and use of office software
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new office procedures and protocols
  • Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure
