- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
- Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and residents
