The Account Services Representative at Stryker will interact with both internal and external customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests pertaining to products and services. Responsibilities

  • Receive and process product orders and inquiries from sales and healthcare facilities in an accurate and consistent manner derived via inbound calls, fax or email.
  • Determine charges for products requested and arrange for invoicing.
  • Follow on purchase orders and billings to ensure revenue is recognized
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries to meet the needs of facilities, sales representatives, and warehouse
  • Utilize problem solving and sound judgement to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Process inventory returns and communicate accordingly.
  • Partner with Account Receivable to research and process Credit & Rebills as appropriate
  • Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment

Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s), evening(s) and some holidays

Preferred

  • Associates Degree
  • Customer or account management experience
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Medical Device experience
  • Ability to organize workflow to meet customers' needs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and proven ability to perform detail-orientated tasks/duties

**What you will do -**

**What You Need**

+ High School diploma or equivalent - required

+ Associates Degree -preferred

+ 2+ years of relevant work experience - required; Customer or account management experience - preferred

+ Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite required (e.g. Outlook, Excel, and Word); Experience with ERP systems preferred

+ Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s), evening(s) and some holidays

+ Medical Device experience - preferred

+ Ability to organize workflow to meet customers' needs, and able to handle stressful situations with internal/external customers.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make appropriate decisions based on department processes.

+ High level of accuracy and proven ability to perform detail-orientated tasks/duties.
