Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Legal Intake/Sales role or similar
- Proven skills in client intake and sales drives
- Proficient in general sales techniques and strategies
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience with phone operations, including handling client inquiries and complaints
- Proficiency in data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
