Bus Mechanic

**Job Title: Bus Mechanic**

**Job Description**

Responsible for the warranty work and preventative maintenance work on the busses. Working with all sizes of busses. Need to be able to do oil changes, brakes, lights, electrical wiring, heating and AC, minor engine and transmission work. Will not be doing full engine/transmission rebuilds. Will be performing inspections before and after the work is completed. Need to be able to document finished work in computer system. Need to have their own basic tools.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Broadview, Illinois.

**Work Environment**

Th-M work week. Tuesday and Wednesday off. 9p-5:30am. Will train on 1st shift for 1-2 Weeks. 7a-3:30p (M-F). Will get a uniform after 90 days, but wear jeans and a work shirt to start. There are 5 techs right now.
