  • Change and check control data for Purified Water system, stability chart recorder and temperature control, and change chart periodically.
  • Maintain all logbooks for laboratory record, material control, Label Control, and Equipment cleaning for production and packaging
  • Perform basic lab testing and packaging In-Line checks.
  • Adhere to safety standards during laboratory testing, such as wearing protective clothing and taking additional precautions as needed.
  • Improve current formulations of products when needed.
  • Calibration of equipment

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science
  • 1-3 years of laboratory experience, specifically with Analytical Chemistry and HPLC (required).

Preferred

  • Strong understanding of Analytical Chemistry and HPLC
  • Understanding of cGMP & SOPs as related to quality control

**R&D Technician**

Our client is a contract development, manufacturing, and packaging company with a focus on semi-solid, cream, liquid, and alcohol products. They have an unparalleled ability to completely meet and typically exceed our clients' needs and expectations. **Location:** Chicago, IL (Willowbrook)

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30

**Type:** Contract to Hire

**Pay:** $20 - $22

**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform lab activities, such as setting up lab equipment and preparing chemical solutions.
