**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for a **Materials Test Technician (2nd shift)** to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct a wide range of mechanical testing of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Provide technical assistance to customers and co-workers, with focus on quality, standardization, and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mechanical testing and speciman conditioning (HT) in accordance with company goals, quality system, and test procedures / methods

+ Use calibrated hand tools such as micrometer, caliper, compass, and ruler to take measurements and record them into the test records
