  • Ability to read and understand schematics to diagnose problems and repair equipment.
  • Ability to use mathematical formulas, manuals, and precision measuring instruments to complete day-to-day tasks.

**Job Description**

**How Will You Make an Impact?:**

Our Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Tech II will perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and solve problems in non-functioning equipment used in the manufacturing and packaging processes.

**A Day in the Life:**

This is a first shift position working on-site Monday thru Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. You will dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to blueprints, instruction manuals, or drawings. Perform advanced electrical or mechanical work and ensure equipment is running efficiently and complete scheduled maintenance schedule. Rebuild manufacturing equipment, run manufacturing equipment, or perform equipment modifications as needed.

**Education**

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Experience**

+ 1 year of equipment maintenance work experience in a manufacturing, operations, or production setting or related industry preferred

+ Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment and Technical/Trade training.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**

+ Read and understand schematics to diagnose problems and repair equipment.

+ Great teammate who can complete tasks safely, correctly, and on time and help others as needed.

+ Use mathematical formulas, manuals, and precision measuring instruments to complete day-to-day tasks.

**Physical Requirements / Work Environment**

+ The ability to lift and/or exert up to 50 lbs.

+ Work on equipment while bending, kneeling, sitting, and/or frequently standing.

+ Near Vision Acuity with minimum 20/40 corrected vision and color vision.
