Full Job Description

What your day looks like: Your day starts at 9:45am when you come in to open up the doctor's area, ensuring everything is ready to go for your first patient's arrival. Greeting the patients with a smile, you will check the patients in - verifying all of their information is complete and accurate. Utilize the pre-test machines with confidence, explaining the steps to the patient as you go, before handing them off to the provider who will perform their eye exam. Checking the patient out, collecting their co-payments and handing them off to the retail floor for assistance with their purchases ensures a smooth transition throughout the office and a positive experience to the patient. Be home in plenty of time for dinner and bedtime routines!
