Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
- Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions including auditing, billing, budgeting, and accounting entries
- Experience in managing and maintaining the General Ledger
- Capable of conducting regular audits to ensure financial information accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA
