Qualifications
Required
- 5-10+ years of pharma, healthcare, or biotech agency experience
- Experience writing HCP-focused content across a variety of channels
- Portfolio of relevant campaign samples
- AMA Style
- Strong project management skills
- Experience mentoring a team of writers
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Deadline-driven
- Experience creating content across traditional, digital, and broadcast ad channels
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and provide insightful feedback
Preferred
- Prior experience working on HPC copy

Full Job Description
Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for an Associate Creative Director of Copy for a 3-6+ month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. The ACD of Copy will be responsible for developing HCP-focused ad campaigns across channels (print, digital, broadcast, etc.) for a variety of pharma, biotech, and healthcare clients. They will also:
+ Collaborate with the ACD of Design to ensure consistent brand and messaging
+ Conceptualize and execute cohesive, omnichannel narratives across several brand voices
+ Support planning and strategy efforts
+ Oversee creative teams, ensuring consistency and quality of work
+ Drive workloads, creative processes, and stakeholder presentations
Interested candidates should include a portfolio of relevant campaign samples in addition to resume. Must have 5+ years of pharma, biotech, or healthcare agency experience. Prior experience working on HPC copy is preferred. If interested and available, apply today!
