As a CBRE Project Management Sr. Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing advanced management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, oversee recruiting and hiring.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.

  • Work cross-functionally with other business lines to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
  • Identify complex project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans.
  • Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
  • Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
  • Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills (ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations).
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

**About the Role:**

As a CBRE Project Management Sr. Manager, you'll manage a team responsible for providing advanced management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

**What You'll Do:**
