Edm Machinist

**Job Title: EDM Machinist / Programmer**

**1st Shift:** 7a-4p M-F

**Pay:** $40-$50/hr

**Job Description**

+ Set up Mitsubishi EDM machines

+ Make program edits with GibbsCAM and ESPRIT software

+ Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently

+ Work off of various blueprints

+ Handle the full process including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting

+ Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes

+ Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisor

**Hard Skills**

+ 5+ years of EDM wire or sinker experience

+ Proficiency in GibbsCAM and ESPRIT software

+ G & M code fluency and ability to edit programs

+ High level of blueprint reading
