Human Resources Manager 1

**Unit Description**

**Sodexo** is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to support **SSM Health St Mary's** **Hospital** in **Richmond Heights, MO** . The HR Manager will support around 250 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors and frontline employees at this medical center and will also help **support Sodexo employees at St Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, MO.**

Salary range is negotiable and based on experience with **a full benefits package that kicks in immediately.** This strategic leadership position will **require some travel** within the region with reimbursement for mileage.

**The successful candidate will:**

+ support, engage, and help retain staff through employee relations efforts

+ support managers and clients with HR related administrative tasks

+ work daily in software systems and applications

+ demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization

**We are looking for candidates who:**

+ have at least 1 year of experience in human resources and employee engagement

+ have a high-level administrative background

+ are tech-savvy with the ability to pick up software quickly

+ have a passionate and energetic personality with natural ability to engage with all levels of the organization (frontline to executive)
