Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a qualified **Level 2 Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Manchester, NH. This role requires regular travel to other client locations in Lincoln, Londonderry, and Littleton, NH. All mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in deskside PC support, customer service, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

+ Ability to provide independent support with minimal oversight

+ Previous experience assisting with IT implementations is preferred

+ Hands-on experience with the following:

+ Windows operating systems

+ Some experience supporting Mac devices

+ Imaging desktops and laptops

+ Active Directory knowledge

+ Managing workload through ITSM ticketing systems

+ Proficiency with MS Office 365 suite, including MS Teams
