  • Manage pre-use inspection checklists administration, deficiency, and repair tracking
  • EAM PM plan, PM schedule, and PM task, entry and tracking

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 years experience in Material Management, Operations or Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power Point)
  • Must be familiar with industry related material
  • Ability to prioritize and manage material receiving, and inventory functions
  • Ability to work with a team, take direction from supervisor(s)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license, and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurer
  • Must maintain a warehouse in a clean and safe manner
  • Must pass the forklift training and exhibit safe operation procedures for the forklift operation

Position Description

Planner Responsibilities

+ Perform project closeout including material disposition (investment recovery) on material left over from projects with direction.

+ Perform receiving function on all material received within area of responsibility.

Inventory Responsibilities

+ Track turn rates and conduct physical inventory.

+ Ship and receive materials.

+ Prepare requisition for inventory material. Properly tag and store upon receipt.

+ Establish and manage consignment material with direction.

+ ERP Inventory management for receiving and issuing of inventory.

+ Manage Common Storeroom Inventory (Current Duty)

+ Manage in-shop spares inventory and procurement (extension of current duty)

+ Manage Storeroom hazardous materials storage and disposal.

+ EAM PM plan, PM schedule, and PM task, entry and tracking (under direction of maintenance superintendent/supervisor).

+ Preparing work directives for signature from pre-approved quotes.

Position Requirements

+ High School Diploma.

+ Minimum 1 years experience in Material Management, Operations or Engineering.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power Point) for the purpose of word processing, spreadsheets and information retrieval.

+ Must be familiar with industry related material.

+ Must be able to prioritize and manage material receiving, and inventory functions (tracking, requisitioning to maintain min/max levels, issue of material with correct accounting structure)

+ Ability to work with a team, take direction from supervisor(s), focus attention on details, follow work rules, and adhere to work schedules required.

+ Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license, and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurer.

+ Maintain a warehouse in a clean and safe manor.

+ Must pass the forklift training and exhibit safe operation procedures for the forklift operation.
