As a Project Coordinator at Fiserv, you will be responsible for the execution of initiatives across the Bank of America relationship, including product end-of-life and compliance updates.   • Follow up with business work stream leads to ensure action items have resolution, risks and issues are captured and escalated, and that regular status is provided to executives.
  • Keep all stakeholders (internal & external) engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout project.
  • Work effectively with Product, Marketing, Technology project management and Client Services teams as well as Fiserv and Bank of America cross organizational areas, including account management and sales, to ensure readiness.
  • Draft internal & client communication and training materials partnering with Bank of America to execute per their direction.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in merchant services industry
  • Consulting experience including experience creating or editing executive level presentations
  • Ability to travel 10%-15%
  • Experience working with a banking, financial services, and/or technology/vendor firm
  • Experience standing up and managing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Preferred

  • Professional Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience driving efforts as well as experience coordinating resources in a matrix organization

**What does a successful Project Coordinator do at Fiserv?**
