- Assist in all events, meetings and special activities in which the office is involved
- Keep daily log of incoming and outgoing mail; including opening and distribution
- Serve as back-up for preparing meeting minutes
- Assist in reviewing, editing and preparation of professional correspondence
- Ordering of office supplies and other items needed within the office
