  • Assist in administering day-to-day activities of the office, including correspondence tracking, filing systems maintenance; and review, prepare, and process supply requisitions, travel vouchers, monthly financial reconciliations and invoice payments
  • Maintain electronic records using excel containing various data; including but not limited to: reports from campuses and distributing them to appropriate campus liaison
  • Assist in all events, meetings and special activities in which the office is involved
  • Keep daily log of incoming and outgoing mail; including opening and distribution
  • Serve as back-up for preparing meeting minutes
  • Assist in reviewing, editing and preparation of professional correspondence
  • Ordering of office supplies and other items needed within the office
