  • Experience / understanding of IP rights and copyright
  • Possesses strong visual storytelling skills
  • Understanding of the production landscape to advise on the most efficient ways to capture assets that can be used across all mediums (print, digital...)
  • Ability to negotiate the range of usage /licensing rights related to static assets

**Job Description**

PXP is looking for an outstanding integrated Senior Producer with art/content buying experience to join our team. We are looking for someone with background dealing with studios, participating in bid submission, pre-production, shooting, recording and editing. Ideally, this person also has background in art content (photography, design, illustration, animation).

**Responsibilities**

+ Manages all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production.

+ Maintains communication with Creative, Account, Project Management, and Resource Management to facilitate workflow.

**Additional Information**

Compensation Range: $98,500 - $165,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
