  • Educate appropriate visitors for Covid positive patients on appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE), utilizing established training protocol provided by Social Work prior to initial approved visit.
  • Handle customer complaints in a friendly and courteous manner.

Required

  • High School diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience; receptionist experience preferred

**Salary Range:**

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._
