Qualifications

Required

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability in customer service
  • Proven experience in organizing files and managing documentation
  • Ability to handle shipping functions, including packaging and unpackaging
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
