  • Collaborate with leaders to maximize sales potential and profitability including promotions, guest satisfaction, monitoring product, and labor costs, reviewing financial information
  • Order and conduct monthly inventory of wine, liquor, and other supplies
  • Build rapport with restaurant guests and ensure an enjoyable and memorable experience

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum three years' experience as an Assistant General Manager, Senior Restaurant Manager, or Service Director in a restaurant of similar style, capacity, and volume
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification
  • Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls and developing and managing budgets
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills

**Pay**

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $78400 - $105800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
