**Aerotek needs a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor**

**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (NO ON CALL)

**Pay:** 28-33/hr

**Direct Hire**

**1st Shift**

**Job Description:**

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee 5 to 12 facilities technicians, ensuring efficient operations across the board. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues throughout multiple complexes. The supervisor will coordinate with outside vendors for required services and handle repairs to all physical structures of the facility.

**Skills:**

+ Troubleshooting mechanical issues

+ Oversight of Facilities Technician

+ Residential facilities maintenance experience

**Requirements:**

+ **_EPA Certification_**

+ Valid Drivers License

+ Insured vehicle of your own
