This is a great opportunity to support a well know, Comprehensive Cancer Center in Philadelphia, PA! This would be supporting a very dynamic research program with a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

Job Description

The Assistant Director for Clinical Trials Office (CTO) will play an essential role in assisting all aspects of the CTO alongside the Sr. Director. This includes managing day-to-day operations, assisting in the execution of CTO initiatives, assessing staffing needs, undertaking administrative projects, and aiding in MDG trial portfolio management and oversight. The ideal candidate will actively collaborate with CTO members and other departments impacting clinical research and work in parallel with cancer center leadership to develop and execute CRO initiatives that align with our mission.

Must Haves:

+ 5+ years of oncology research experience

+ 3+ years of people management experience

+ 1+ years of lead and project oversight

+ Ability to interact and influence hiring and clinical trials management needs

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring three days on-site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and two days remote.
