The Maintenance Technician at International Paper is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, modifying, replacing, and installing plant mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for all plant equipment. - Responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Reading and understanding mechanical prints, AC/DC motors, pneumatic diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams.
- Performing fabrication of equipment (welding both arch and gas) to desired needs.
- Being able to make adjustments to equipment to improve productivity.
- Operating all types of hand tools (i.e., drill press, grinder, wire brush, acetylene torch, etc.) normally found in a maintenance shop.

**The Job You Will Perform:**
