JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Campus Retail Dining, a dynamic customer service-orientated team at Penn State University is looking to fill the role of Starbucks Manager. This role is responsible for the management of a high-volume Starbucks licensed store located on Penn State's University Park Campus.

The selected candidate will manage, hire, train, coach, supervise, mentor, schedule, discipline, and evaluate both full and part-time employees including, leading the store's operations, customer satisfaction, product quality, ordering, financial performance, delegation of routine tasks appropriately, reviewing completed work of others, and team development. The manager's overall duty is to help the team create a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Education and Experience:

Minimum requirement is a Bachelors Degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
