  • Schedule/coordinate industry specific activities such as on-site calibrations and maintenance.
  • Schedule/coordinate subcontracted support of ITS standards and/or customer equipment in accordance with ITS quality manual.
  • Utilize asset-management/calibration software to generate reports and track calibration activities/progress to update and address customer and/or management needs.
  • Local management of field and office industry specific consumables.
  • Forecast and plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities to include shipping/receiving/delivery, on-site services, and in-lab readiness.
  • Assist in the coordination of shipping/receiving functions, work order creation, and documentation issuance.
