Hourly Full-Time (6a-4p OVERTIME AND SATURDAY WORK WILL BE REQUIRED AT TIMES)

**The Job You Will Perform:**

**We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.**

**Specific responsibilities include maintaining production equipment to optimize runnability through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of machines.**

**Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and overtime as required.**

**Minimum qualifications for consideration are a high school degree (or equivalent experience) and five years of maintenance experience with at least one year with the same employer. Highly-qualified candidates would possess a technical degree or apprenticeship certification and maintenance experience in the corrugated industry or similar manufacturing environment.**

**The hiring process for successful candidates will include a pre-employment aptitude test and team interview.**

**The Skills You Will Bring**

+ **Minimum qualifications for consideration are a high school degree (or equivalent experience) and five years of maintenance lead experience with at least 2 years with the same employer.**

+ **Highly-qualified candidates would possess a NFPA 70E electrical certification or degree.**

+ **Maintenance experience in the corrugated industry or similar manufacturing environment is preferred.**

+ **Candidates for consideration should have troubleshooting skills in industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures and the aptitude to correct those failures. Accurately completing administrative documents and following directions are important work traits. Candidates must demonstrate technical experience, reliability and the ability to work independently.**

+ **Candidates for this position must also be well versed in various computer systems (word, outlook, excel, etc.) and have experience in entering and maintaining PO's, maintenance work orders and PM's for the Ashland City Facility.**

+ **Successful candidates will possess strong leadership and organizational skills while also assisting the maintenance techs, as well as performing regular maintenance tasks on the floor on a daily basis.**
