**Job Summary and Qualifications**

Check and repair building and equipment in a safe and responsible manner, keeping in mind always patient safety and satisfaction is our primary goal.

**What qualifications you will need:**

+ Vocational/Technical

+ Drivers License

+ Mechanical ability

+ 1 year maintenance exp

+ Computer: general knowledge
