Receptionist / Client Service Representative / CSR

We are looking for a full time receptionist to join our team. We rely heavily on our front office to guarantee we are exceeding our mission to ensure your pet's health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal. With every opportunity, we aim to provide an exceptional client service experience and unparalleled patient care. If you enjoy working with people and animals, then this might be the right place for you.

Because we are so dedicated to providing our clients with the best service possible, the candidate must be outgoing, polite, and friendly. He or she must be comfortable working with computers, and staying abreast on changes and advancements in technology. He or she must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working with clients and fellow employees. Working well with others is necessary to function smoothly in this atmosphere. He or she must communicate professionally, clearly, and in a friendly manner both written and verbally. He or she must be able to handle multiple telephone lines as well as daily financial transactions, managing an appointment schedule for multiple doctors, discussing available services and products with clients and managing medical records.

Some heavy lifting is required as well as regular thorough cleaning. Veterinary experience is very helpful but not required. Experience in any area of customer service is required as well as some Saturday shifts and flexible availability.
