**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage and support the daily operations of our production team. You will lead, coach, train, and develop approximately 30 non-exempt team members, ensuring all performance standards such as reliability, cost, waste, safety, quality, and sanitation are met or exceeded. You will proactively recommend and implement process improvement initiatives to boost operational effectiveness and efficiency. You will partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement resources to execute PM, AM, TPM, and CCI processes, and integrate a high-performance culture using the six systems in daily activities. Additionally, you will interact cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure customer service requirements are met, and work with teams to develop cultural and business action plans to drive continuous improvement throughout the plant.

This is a fully on-site position in Irving, Texas.

**Work Environment**

Manage a team of 30-50 in production. Steel toes, hair nets, and beard nets are required. Non climate-controlled environment.
