  • Proactively resolve issues and disputes, minimize potential for litigation and foster protection of Accenture's reputation.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, project team and/or business unit and Legal ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed.
  • Responsible for implementation of CM processes.
  • Acts as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.
  • Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance.
  • Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement.
  • Achieves a reasonable level of understanding of major business areas (System Integration and/or Outsourcing) in order to communicate effectively with project Executives and provide relevant advice.
  • May provide training to Contract Management or program personnel.

Contracts Associate Manager | 100k - 115k/yr | Remote with Restrictions to VA, MD and DC | 6-month Contract-to-hire

Our client in Arlington VA is immediately hiring for a Contracts Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent role and pay will vary based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.
