  • Educate residents about energy conservation via the monthly newsletter, etc.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ years of increasing responsibility and administrative experience, preferably in property management
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease, accuracy and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to keep all financial and resident matters strictly confidential
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Advanced skills in data entry, creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets and other basic software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to take direction and interact with all staff and management

Overview

Under supervision of the Community Director, the Operations Coordinator performs a variety of general and specialized administrative functions, as well as customer service related activities, to maintain the utility conservation program for residents.
