As a Senior Talent Program Manager at Microsoft Corporation, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the company's talent strategy.   • Evolve our ETM resources and content to build understanding and increase adoption within the talent management and line partner community.
  • Partner across ETM and the broader talent management community to remove complexity from the system and strengthen the capabilities across how we know, grow and create mobility for the executive population.
  • Support the ETM team in crafting content and presentations for consumption by our senior-most leaders.
  • Partner to build discussion questions and narrative for community and executive sessions to drive toward the desired outcomes and input.
  • Manage progress against our core priorities and success measures using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Utilize data and case-based recommendations derived from success metric work to drive continuous improvement across our ETM initiatives and rhythms.
  • Partner across ETM and broader stakeholders to analyze relevant data and trends, interpret results, and define insights for robust storytelling and impact/influence to define our overall talent narrative.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years experience in HR practices or Program/Project Management
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 7+ years experience in HR practices or Program/Project Management.
  • 3+ years experience managing large-scale or complex projects/programs
  • 3+ years of Talent Management experience

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience with developing, executing, and driving change for global, corporate Talent Initiatives.
  • Experience executing multi-faceted projects in Business and HR Initiatives.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a complex matrix environment, essential for effective collaboration and driving organizational goals.
  • Experience in talent mobility, talent acquisition processes and practices.
  • Global Mindset - the ability to work across organizational, functional, and geographic boundaries to drive communications, business strategies and multi-geography projects and teams; and adapt to a highly matrixed environment.

The Executive Talent Management Team (ETM) is responsible for activating and sustaining our talent needs and priorities at the executive level of the company. As a **Senior Talent Program Manager**  on the ETM team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our talent strategy forward. Through collaboration with our line Talent Management and Center of Excellence (COE) partners, you will support the holistic efforts, programs, processes and initiatives to ensure our organization has the leaders we need for today and in future.

Talent Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
