Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in Data Analytics and Data Integration related fields
  • 3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, etc
  • 1+ years of hands-on GCP experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Analytics solutions
  • Experience with data platforms including GCP or similar cloud experience
  • Demonstrated expertise of database design and modeling
  • Advanced knowledge of BI Reporting and Data Discovery tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Python) or equivalent
  • Experience on large-scale implementation programs preferred
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills

**_What Data Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health_**

The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.

Data Engineering ensures raw data is usable and accessible for the organization. Data Engineering encompasses numerous specialties of data acquisition, integration, and provisioning.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

+ 5+ years of engineering experience in , Data Analytics and Data Integration related fields .

+ 3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, etc

+ 1+ years of hands-on GCP experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Analytics solutions
