As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Product Assembler to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate / Product Assembler, you will work solo and alongside other associates within an 8,000sqft non-climate-controlled warehouse setting to perform a variety of warehouse/assembly related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, assemble, palletize, and stage retail products for outbound shipments
• Identify low stock assembly materials and notify management of reorder
• Assist with picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring orders are accurate and meet delivery timelines.
• Assist with load and unload trailers via forklift and pallet jack.
• Organize and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Ensure materials are staged to meet the production schedules and finished goods are shipped on time to meet customer demand.
• Ensure the compliance of the warehouse cleaning procedures/yearly county and state permitting.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management.

Academics and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma, or G.E.D.

· Must have a high level of attention to detail while being highly productive.

· Must be a dedicated professional, willing to go above and beyond to grow with the company.

· Must be OSHA forklift certified or become forklift certified within 90 days of employment.

· Ability to work consistent weekly schedule onsite.

· Ability to lift 75 pounds.

Work Environment:

Successful candidate will operate in a professional non climate-controlled warehouse setting. This position also requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, computer software, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
