Commercial Contracts Coordinator
Pay Rate: 25.00 -30.00 per hour
On-site - Hybrid - Iselin, NJ
Contract 6 months with potential to extend or convert
The Commercial Contracts Coordinator is responsible for managing proper execution, storage and organization of Medidata’s commercial contracts. The primary function of this role is to ensure that Medidata’s critical contracts are executed in a timely fashion and according to Medidata’s policies and procedures. The Commercial Contracts Coordinator will also ensure that executed contracts are stored and organized properly so that they are accessible to Medidata business and legal teams. In this role, the Commercial Contacts Coordinator will establish business relationships with key internal stakeholders and works as a resource to the sales, services operations, and the legal departments.
As the Commercial Contracts Coordinator, you will also be responsible for:
• Maintenance of original documents o scanning o filing o document shipping
• Utilizing contract management software o uploading contracts o data entry
• Utilizing electronic signature application
• Providing general assistance to Contracts Manager Team
Your Competencies:
• Attention to detail
• Clear written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with contract management and electronic signature software
• Strong record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
Your Education & Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience with contract management
• Some college is required - preferably majoring in Business, Accounting or Legal Studies. o Paralegal certification in lieu of college
