Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience analyzing and solving customer's problems, 1+ year of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
  • Available to work 40 hours per week anytime within the operating hours of the site
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.

Day to Day:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers who have questions about account balances, card activation, application status, Treasury guidelines and regulations, and internal procedures. Compensation:

$17/hr to $20/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
