The Senior Program Manager at Beacon Hill will support strategic planning for upcoming enterprise level application and infrastructure programs. Responsibilities
- Formulate and oversee program strategies that are in line with business groups vision and objectives.
- Develop and refine program evaluation methods to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead multiple project teams to fulfill the overarching program goals.
- Work collaboratively with project sponsors, multidisciplinary teams, and project managers to define the program’s scope, deliverables, resources, schedule, budget, and key milestones.
- Direct and maximize the return on investment of program and project teams, while ensuring cross-project initiatives are effectively coordinated and delegated.
- Ascertain necessary inputs from cross-functional teams and external vendors, incorporating them into the program’s structure.
- Oversee project budgets.
- Collaborate with other business and technology project managers and/or program managers to identify risks and capitalize on opportunities across departmental projects.
- Evaluate program risks and compile detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years of Program Management experience
- Experience with the end to end lifecycle of either application or infrastructure programs
- 4+ years of enterprise program governance

Our Insurance client is actively seeking two Sr. Program Managers to support strategic planning for upcoming enterprise level application and infrastructure programs.
This position will be 3 days onsite in Lake Forest (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
