Fulfillment Coordinator

About the Role:

The role of Fulfillment Coordinator at Elemental Machines is to be accountable for verifying orders, deliveries, and placement of merchandise in the inventory room. The fulfillment & shipping of online orders will be your main focus as well as processing any product return.

As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will work as part of a team while also improving your personal skills. Your success in this role will be measured through individual and productivity goals as well as your ability to provide a fast and efficient service to the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling product movement in/out of inventory
• Picking, Packing & Shipping orders
• Monitoring inventory levels.
• Maintaining a clean and organized space.
• Providing clear communication to management regarding product levels and other needs.
• Assisting in inventory moves, cleaning space, vacuuming, and returning product to inventory.
• Ability to process information or products through the computer system and the multiple layers of cloud-based programs.
• Supporting sales associates in maximizing the sale process for customers
• Assisting in the completion of daily projects while keeping the focus on the customer experience
• Demonstrating awareness and adherence to Inventory Control, safety standards, and all other Company policies and procedures

Cooperation & Dependability:

• Satisfactorily completes all duties as assigned by management
• Is punctual and adheres to designated work schedule
• Is flexible and works well with peers and management to accomplish duties
• Performs housekeeping duties as required

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of fulfillment experience
• Strong knowledge of the Google Suite as well as Microsoft programs.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite a plus.
• Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift weights ranging between 5-30 pounds
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers via email to deliver an elevated experience.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience communicating to multiple departments.
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and figure out complex issues.
• Capable of analyzing data from multiple sources and identifying trends that impact organizational goals.
