  • Examine daily quality control records, review records prior to shipment and approve releases for finished products
  • Manage client/customer relationships regarding specifications and documentation, investigate customer complaints
  • Monitor and track quality metrics and prepare reports for management
  • Participate and assist the QA team with internal and external audits
  • Work with R&D to update recipes and formulas

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance within a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree
  • HACCP and BRC Certifications

Quality Assurance Representative – Roselle, IL

$57,000-$65,000/Annually


Must live within 20 miles of Roselle, IL to be considered for the position.


Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

The Quality Assurance Representative will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed all quality standards and regulatory requirements. This individual will work closely with production, operations, and other departments to ensure that all aspects of our manufacturing process are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
